Lvl 50 Gnome Elementalist killed by MaLaKaI

On my way to I:149 (yes, I:149) to find Filk, I arrived to the SIL level. I bookcasted teleport to an unexplored location to quickly find downstairs. Sadly enough, I showed up next to MaLaKaI, who took advantage of the bookcasting turns and brought me from 788 HPs to -114.

Damn MaLaKaI, he screwed my first ultra :(

In future you may wish to choose your first kill with a little more care :P Book-casting teleport into an unknown area on a dangerous dungeon level is not heavily recommended either...
