Keymap Question

I know when it's first installed it states the location of the .kbd file but I forgot to write down where it was and deleting+reinstalling doesn't bring that message up again. Where is the kbd and config files typically located on a windows computer?

Edit: nvm, searched .kbd in my start search and moused over date modified and looked in file properties.
