I'm playing a level 11 human necromancer at the moment, and even though I have 300+ castings of everything the PP costs on all my spells seem really steep. Frost bolt costs 22 right now and a little earlier it cost 10. Any ideas as to why it went up? I was thinking that it might be because my mana is in constant flux, but it's back up now higher than it was before and the spell costs remain the same.
