excessive amounts of writing

Found 20 magic writing set charges before tohtk/iqd with a bard.
I know the stat loss is prevalent when writing chaos resistance.
Do all scrolls risk drain other stats than mana.
I assume chaos removal followed by education are the most difficult.
Protection, defence, power, charging are nice to have, are they likely written with "only" a mana loss?

As far as I know, mana (and potential mana these days) is the only stat drained by any scroll writing. More difficult scrolls drain more mana and probably cost more PP (or HP if you are out of PP!) as well.
