Steam tags

TB's request to nominate ADOM for Steam awards got me thinking that it'd be nice if the Steam tags would get a little more love too. Also it annoys me that some obvious tags that its store page should have listed are not (e.g. Perma Death, Dungeon Crawler). Obviously only relevant tags should be applied, of course.

The minimalism mostly applies to ASCII mode, but yeah, that may be a bit of a stretch now when I think about it, especially considering the gameplay.
