Sudden alignment drop

I was playing a Gnome Necromancer and currently was at Lvl 33 as a crowned champion of order.

Entering the Ice Queen domain, my speed suddenly dropped to 10. Never seen this before. Any ideas why?

But the real annoying thing was: When I entered level 3, the monsters became hostile after picking up stuff. And fighting some white dragons, I used the Lightning Ball spell. After some casts I noticed, that my alignment had dropped to N+. The next cast dropped me straigt to N- and another cast down to C !!!

Any idea how such rapid alignment drop can happen?

Not all creatures become hostile when you pick stuff up, so you may have attacked friendly monsters
