Does the question system exist in the free version? (non-steam)

Ive recently started playing ADOM and ive noticed that i cant do the question system ( or im stupid and keep missing it ), does it exist in the free version?

Try setting Questioned_Attributes to true (by using "=" in-game or by editing adom.cfg). Haven't tested on the free version, but that should enable using the question system.
