I had a really promising priest who had just herbed up the stats and collected nice equipment, and it was time for the pyramid.
Normally I can figure out how to handle random out-of-depth monsters who occasionally appear in the rehetep room, but the stupid gorgon just petrifies me from a distance (petrifying another monster in her way, too). A no-mercy insta-death just like that.
