Difference between ADOM and Ultimate ADOM

Hi all
I am new to the forum...just downloaded ADOM on Steam...but I've played...oh have I played...about 15 years ago (or maybe more) I stumbled across ADOM.
So I have it again...but what is "Ultimate ADOM"? Is it different to ADOM? I can't seem to find it anywhere?

Please explain.
