making chemistry and mix herbs/potions

is someone could tell me various mixing who could be interresting (dip, or whatever...) with ingredients of ADOM (herbs, food, potions, scrolls, gems...)

Consult your recipes list (Ctrl-R). You can't do it without alchemy, and alchemy influences the numbr of recipes known.
Without knowing the formulas you'll only be able to produce an explosion (whicha damages monsters as well).

Dipping something in something else does not have an explosive effect, thankfully.

The following potions have an effect on the stuff that is dipped into them:

potion of rust removal: If cursed, rusts the item (Don't know whether it will destroy an already rusty item), if uncursed, removes rust, if blessed, makes a non-rusty item rustproof (not sure whether it only removes rust from a rusty item or also makes it rustproof).
potion of exchange: Uncursed or blessed, throw it at a monster to transform it. Blessed, dip an item in it to let it transform to another item of the same category.
potion of water: If unholy, cursed item that is dipped into it. If uncursed, may rust the item dipped into it, or clears any scroll dipped into it. If blessed, blesses the item dipped into it.
potion of raw chaos: Transforms item that is dipped into it, or explodes *violently*.
