Amulet of Health / Rapid Healing

Is there any difference between these the amulet of health and the amulet of Rapid Healing? Is it just 2 names for the same thing?

I have always thought that health one fights against diseases and poisoning etc... Whereas the rabid healing just increases healing rate.

Rapid healing has never worked for me healing has though, it increases hp regen some.
