Sometimes the targeting cursor gets locked

To reproduce: go to Terinyo and target a space. Then move out of view of that space and try to target something again. This will give the message 'Position out of view!' and prevent you from moving the targeting cursor with the movement keys.

It is still possible to recover from this by using +, - , or *.
