Unspent skill points should carry over to next level up

As it says. A minor thing, but when every level you lose a point or two, it builds up over time.

They already do. Easy way to check: level up to 2 and then don't spend any skill points and make a note of how many you have. Then level up to 3: you will have about twice as many skill points to spend. Note that as long as you have skill points you can increase your skills at any time with 'A'.

Hmm well I did leave unspent skill points (not all), and still kept getting the same amount of points to spend, but I'll see if it happens again.
