Items on the ground can prevent 'w5' from working properly

Attaching a save file. On the spot of my character and in the next square, waiting with 'w5' only makes one turn pass. If you pick up the items, it works correctly. It's apparently caused by several items, as both squares currently have that behaviour. Both squares worked normally when no items were on the ground.

Bouncing this one, as I'm able to attach a new save file (Gip) with an orcish spear of corruption (1 step above PC) causing the hassle somehow, if you put the spear in the pile with the other stuff (2 steps above the PC).
No problem with w5 if you stand on any of those piles, but if you merge the spear with the others, it only gives you one turn.
