I am lithium man...well almost!

Hello laymen and gentleladies, i have just successfully (almost) completed the lithium man run with a drakeling barbarian. i decided to go for this run when i was born in the month of candle since this r/c doesnt and cant have healing skill. i got decent stat rolls. the rng shoed me no love at the start when my heavy spear rusted in the river crossing...however, things progressed smoothly..i got herb lvls at lowlvls of CoC..got stats to max possible and overtrained a bit. the 1st major event was a surge of pulsing power on d7....i had a wand of monster detection and i found that the vault was guarded by not that difficult monsters but ofc i cudnt take the articfact now neways since i didnt have digging means nor tp means....i made sure to not feed Waldenbrook ne artifacts....this is where i made my 1st of 4 mistakes...i decided to do a lesser undead vault with no items as a naked berserker and a ghul paralysed me and my hp went from around 85 to 5....i got St drained by 2 points from a shadow hittinh me (which saved my life cause he was swapping places with the ghul and he cudnt maintain his palaysis on me)and got aged by 25 years (from a ghost who was hitting me thru the wall)...however i lived which is the only thing you can hope for with this game...i got lucky with an altar in a lvl with a vault and got close enuf to my diety that crowning was possible with a little scumming...skull crusher...the worst of the 4 artifacts i cud get(or was it?).....atleast my shield skills at that moment were high and i had a tower crystal shield [13 7] which didnt improve the whole game..and lightning immunity.....however i did get lucky with my item drops and found not but 2 wands of tp....but i didnt have tp control and the downstairs to DH were on the other side of a river (i didnt have wp blanket)...anyways i had to frustratingly do the animated forest lvl 4-5 times :mad: the trees had no chance to kill me but it took a lot of time and effort...i did all the thundy quest collected all the items...got BD corpse and tp control, got potions fro mystic, tried to get a wish fro poolsipping or random drop of AoLS of RoDS but alas....khelavester had to die...and he did! In the graveyard a vampire critically hit me and drained my St and To...then i realised i was cursed...removed it with gold saccing! did the graveyard dug all the graves with great treasures (i had found an amulet of death ray resistance) found some useful potions and wands but nothing special....did the CoC all the way till where thundy has blocked the stairs with his portal..amulet of balance and acid spit put and end to his tyranny :D and down i went again....in the water temple, i did my 2nd of 4 mistakes and realised how big of an idiot i was in ?ing my god and his crowning gift....here i am in ascii mode crushing every1 in berserk mode in the water temple when suddenly i hit this jelly..it turns out to be a stone ooze and ofc i get paralysed and the grues bring me down to 50 hp...i dont think i wudve made it there if i was holding nething other than skullcrusher and tower crystal shield!!! nothing major happened except i got lvl 17 ,fireproof blanket, ring of regeneration, red dragonhide gauntlets, helm of tp and a !oCC (which i used to remove the unholy aura corruption in preparation for the casino)...and reached the stairs guarded by great heat! i got the poison hands corruption and didnt have thick guantlets zzzz :mad:went up again and left the CoC for the only time till the end and went to the TOEF as a lvl 17 drakeling barbarian with a blessed =oIce and FP blanket.....crushed the ACW (he almost didnt e1 move)...got the orb, ignored the corpse and back to CoC...

i dove all the way back to the stairs guarded by fire....got to the eternal guardian, shot an arro past him and tpd to the stairs as soon as he came close to me to hit me..went to the casino and found and paid for a pair of thick guantlets, girdle of carrying (in place of grdle of St +1)....and nothing much more..a cloak of adornment +5 Ap and helm of beauty +7 Ap ...it did have blue DSM but i already had =elec and Black DSM equipped..neways left the casino and reached the catlord lvl...i hadnt killed a single cat the whole game and so i wanted to collect my =otMC but i didnt have seeinvis, so i had to carefully use monster detection to get to him...luckily for some reason he was not invis...talked to him got his ring and here is where the game changed for the best....i found not 1, not 2 but 3 greater giant vaults...ahhh juicy humanoids for my skullcrusher....the 1st vault contained true aim and thunderstroke (which was my primary ranged weapon from then on), the 2nd vault contained VANQUISHER which became my primary weapon from then on....by the time i did my 3rd giant vault, it was already lvl 8 in training and i also found preserver!!! @lvl30 and with everything in place i did the air temple and earth temple (the grues there got me down to 90 hp from 450 but i used only my 2nd prayer to heal back up) got the stiff muscles and another horrible corruption that i forget that i was glad to get rid of with a single and my last and only ?oCR !!! with a massive xp (probably more than some of my 'normal' games, thanks to the aforementioned 3 greater giant vaults) and lvl 10 in V, i did the mana temple with my amulet of death ray resistance and torch and nuuragwaan fell to 4 tremendous blows....he didnt e1 do 150 damage in my combined energy cost of 12000 (4*approx'3000') energy points that i spent killing him! i had already done d48 so all i had to do was place the orbs and down i go to d49....throw the !ouselessness and boom get golden girdle and.....i equip it and goto d50...this was my 3rd mistake cause we know now that it 'confers' dooming on the hero...neways i had to heat back up cause i was a drakeling and in the time that took (with my =oregen and preserver that i found it the gaint vault), i got another corruption....stiff muscles zzz...neways i cudnt dig on the sides so i crushed every1 in the middle and the initally i was killing the balor in melle but the were always getting hits in on me cause i didnt know i was doomed, so i said f**k that and i killed every1 including the invisible greater balor fisty with my thunderstroke which was lvl 9 by that point.....ggwp lithium run successfully complete right? wrong!!! on the way back top i forgot abt the shortcut lvl zzzz and made my 4th mistake of using it thereby generating 2 new lvls...darkforge and below darkforge!!! neways i claim vitory e1 if it is a moral 1.....good day
