There's stupid and then there's me.

Was working on a level 19 dark elf bard today. He was pretty mediocre...was crowned with Cat's Claw (garbage) and found Scorched Spear drop from a random mob, which I ended up using as a weapon most of the game. Sure, it's not great, but an indestructible one handed spear is good for dv. I had around 22 pv, hadn't killed a cat, had two amulets of life saving, pre-khel. 100 literacy and concentration and about 5 spells, including teleportation and tele control intrinsic.

My kid comes in the room and I meant to hit save game and next thing I know I've rotely quit. Oh well, easy come, easy go.
