Problem
An empty directory called "ADOM" is always created under %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local, even if the ADOM_HOME environment variable is set to a different place.

How to reproduce it
1. Go to %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local prior to running the game, and make sure there's no "ADOM" directory there.
2. Set the ADOM_HOME variable to something else under System Properties.
3. Run the game. While it will use the directory you set for the highscore, savegames and such, an empty %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\ADOM folder will be created. If you delete it and run the game again, it'll return.

Notes
My ADOM_HOME is set to "p:\ADOM 1.2.0" under user variables, and I'm running Windows 7 SP1 x86.
