All skills are in alphabetical order when you read them in the manual.

However, in the Beastfighter listing, it reads:
Beastfighters are trained in the following skills:
Atheltics, Climbing, Dodge, Healing, Herbalism, Listening, Stealth, Swimming, and Survival.

Survival comes before Swimming, if I know my alphabet.

In the Fighter listing, it reads:
Fighters are trained in the following skills:
Athletics, Archery, Dodge, Find Weakness, Metallurgy, Stealth, Swimming, and Two Weapon Combat

Archery comes before Athletics if I know my alphabet. :p
