Change view-centering key

In all the NotEye versions as far as I remember, we have been able to use Shift + left/right arrow to move diagonal up, and Ctrl + arrow to move diagonal down. This is fantastic and a great solution to movement on a laptop without a numpad.

However, in one of the later releases (not sure which), the Ctrl key has also been given the function of centering the view on the character when near the edge of the map in tile mode. This leads to annoying camera movement and jumping when I'm just trying to walk around. It's distracting and takes away from the otherwise good character movement animation.

I personally don't think I'll ever use the view-centering feature, but if it needs to exist I suggest moving it to another key -- maybe Alt, or Ctrl+Shift together.

Oh wow. I didn't know that input method for diagonals was implemented. Sounds very good.

I think the centering function is useful, but I agree it should be moved elsewhere so that it doesn't interfere with that.

It also makes the screen jump when using the comfortable pick-up and drop commands, Ctrl p and Ctrl d, making the screen jump before pressing the p or d.

Actually this was not a planned feature. You can use Ctrl+Mousewheel to zoom in/out, and to prevent unwanted scrolling during zooming, the "scroll if a part of the window is outside of the map" feature was disabled while Ctrl was pressed. This did not really work as expected, and it is fixed for Prerelease 19.
