Outstanding oddities regarding stat potentials
1. Stat increases from pools do not raise the potential maximum, so that if a PC has a St of 22 and a potential of 22 and the stat is increased to 23 by pool sipping, the potential remains at 22. I propose the potential should also be increased to 23 to match the stat.
2. Chaos knights often have stat potentials lower than their stat values at the start of the game. I recall there was a fix regarding this some time ago, but it still needs to be fiddled with because the problem still happens. I propose their starting potentials should at least match the starting stat values.
3. Carrot smelling rooms can increase Pe over its current potential at the time of drinking, but the potential is not increased when the stat is increased. I propose it should increase to match the stat.
