You can find the same statue twice
The same statue can be generated twice
I had the statue with the drakish ranger double weilding gladii generated twice in the same game. Looks like a bug. (I kicked the first one, which generated an effect and destroyed the statue, which I assume is its normal behavior.)

Twice I have encountered the one with the bearded man holding an orb or something.

Fixed, it was caused by some code added for debugging the statues.
