R4 dungeon levels are not shown after 10+
There are 5 free letters to show current level - and R4: 10 and later consists of 6 letters, resulting in R4: 1 for all those level.

It should be R4:10 instead of R4:_1(not shown, 0)

Funny that FGJC: X shows the levels just fine and it's 6 symbols.

There was an error in the format string. Also fixed for R2.
