This section does have a search function, when you are in the Project tools > Jade section.
I failed to find the exact same bug report last time I searched though ;)

I'm getting this same issue in JADE 0.2.0, except my character isn't using a shield. I'm playing as an orc fighter, and his steel spear he's using is leveling up Polearms (2H) instead of (1H) (at least, I'm fairly sure the steel spear is considered one-handed, as I'm able to equip another weapon to the other hand).

This is still not fixed in 0.2.2.
