Given that this monster is guaranteed to drop an artifact on death, it probably shouldn't be possible to wish for it.

Or, make wished-for monsters not drop artifacts.

There are other issues with being wish-able as well. The monster will be vulnerable to instant kill attacks, such as the assassin level 50 power and djinni strangling. If the monster is intended as a boss, this may be undesirable.
