This first popped up when I attacked a skeleton in SMC. Starting at the location where my PC was, some code or data suddenly popped up. It didn't go away until looking at inventory. Will attach screenshots. I saved my game and made a backup of it after taking the Kranach screenshot, so I can upload it if necessary.
