:x and Alt+c supposedly "switch the left-(double)-click command", but all they do is display "Left clicking with the mouse still shoots missiles or throws weapons."
Ah, I see. When a character learns spells or get active class powers left click can be switched to these. The message in the case where you don't have any alternatives to missiles could stand to be more informative, but the commands do work properly.
