1. I stole an item worth more than 9,000 gold in the Black Market using a Cloak of Invisibility. I didn't get caught. The achievement Avatar of Thieves was not unlocked.
2. I definitely won the game letting a fate decide. I put everything under fate: star sign, gender, race, profession and attributes. I absolutely closed the gate, destroyed the handles with a wand of destruction, ascended back to the main map and left Drakalor Chain as a winner. The achievement Beloved by Fate was not unlocked.
3. I won the game by not visiting any other locations than Caverns of Chaos and TOEF. I didn't even go to Dwarven Halls or Darkforge. I'm 100% sure about this. The achievement Lithium Man was not unlocked.

I don't know if it matters, but I play ASCII / DOS version on a DosBox.
