display mixed up

Suddenly my Adom screen started to display incorrectly, mixing up things; I tried to change the resolution, I deleted everything and reinstalled, to no avail.

I was using adom_linux_debian8_64_r60_pub, so I donwloaded and installed adom_linux_debian_64_3.0.6, but it didn't help.

I've been playing Adom for years, on different computers and OS, but it's the first time this occurs to me.

It's two weeks now I can' play, please help me :-)

thanks,
croman

A screenshot of the problem would probably help here.

Thinking over it, I suppose it's a console problem, rather than an Adom one, but I have no idea of what it could be and would appreciate any help

it seems it's a KDE problem (Konsole): with the Gnome console everything is fine (using 80x43 resolution);
definitely not an Adom bug, maybe this thread could be closed here;
but if anyone could help me convince Konsole to cooperate, it'd be nice :-)

So, which OS are you using? I haven't used KDE for years, but maybe setting the terminal to "xterm-256color" might help?
