Add hotkeys for character race/class/gender selection
When creating a character the hotkeys/shortcuts should be highlighted in different color
As the title says, currently choosing a [s]pecific character or letting [f]ate decide highlights the shortcuts in yellow for the player. This does not continue into the gender, race, and class screens. I think it should because its nice to have the shortcuts. This may be planned already but I want to make sure.

I quote Zeno: "while I could highlight 'm' for male and 'f' for female, I cannot highlight any other keys, since they are not related to the caption in any way. And displaying "f Wizard" would just look ugly. I think it would be best to change the hotkeys so that they match the race/class name, but it is impossible (with 22 classes, and 'J', 'V', 'X', 'Z', and 'Q' not appearing in any class names...) When mousing over a race/class, the hotkey is displayed on the right window below the title -- I have added "hotkey: " so that it is clear what it is."

This should be sufficient until we can come up with a better solution.
