Provide an option to speed up missile combat

Currently fighting multiple missile using enemies can be quite tedious. The wilderness encounter with barbarians is particularly annoying: it can take 3-4 seconds per turn for all the missiles to move. It would be nice to have some means of speeding this up. I'd suggest having a key (enter perhaps) to skip this 'animation'. This key might also be used to skip other animations like walk commands, breath attacks, and spells (when they are added).

Damn, there's an elaborate algorithm implemented but it does not seem to work :-^ I'll tackle that right away.

Rewrote the algorithm and added "$ad" command in order to allow toggling animation speeds (standard and super-fast being the options).
