Right part of screen black and not refreshing
When in full screen, the game does not use the whole screen. A part of the right is black and doesn't refresh.
Trying 2.3.8 Steam version. Upon launching it, the game appears windowed, but I want it full screen so I press Alt+Enter.
However, the game does not take up the whole screen, it leaves a rectangle to the right. This rectangle is initially black, but if I move the cursor there, it leaves a trail (i.e., it doesn't seem to refresh correctly).
This is Windows 10 on a ThinkPad laptop with 1920x1080 resolution, dual video adapter (Intel HD Graphics 4600 + NVIDIA Quadro K1100M), Windows scaling set to 125%.

PS: the bug happens only in tiled mode. If I press F10 and go to ASCII, there is no problem. But it comes back when I go back to tiles.
