Expose all important NotEye commands through ADOM keybindings
NotEye should be dirigible through ADOM key bindings.
This involves several steps:
- Key bindings need to be defined (I'm planning 'Ctrl-n <something>').
- Key bindings need to be implemented, the internal idea here being that each key binding fires a game event to NotEye, sometimes with extra data.
- NotEye needs to handle the special game events.
- The standard NotEye menu probably should be disabled in order to not confuse people.
