Cloak of Displacement +x [+0,+0]
Cloak of Displacement effects either non-present, or not understood.
I would presume a cloak of displacement +4 would give +4 DV. However donning the cloak gave no modification to any apparent stat. The +4 was written outside the brackets. Also observed another one with +1, also [+0,+0]. Maybe I just don't understand it...

cloaks of displacement are a weird effect. In essence, they subtract from the roll of the attacker, making them less likely to hit - not you less likely to be hit.
