No Plural for Ruined Libram
It's possible to get multiple ruined librams via wishing; a stack of librams shows up as "2 ruined libram". There also doesn't seem to be a way to wish for multiple ruined librams at once.

It's no longer possible to wish for ruined librams, so no plural is necessary. This can be closed.
