Not sure if this is a bug or intentional behaviour, but if the idea is that killing any non-chaotic dwarves would block access to Rolf, then Kherab the Dwarven Artificer should not be included in the list as he is chaotic.

The only dwarves I have in my kill list are Kherab and a bunch of dwarven chaos knights, and I can't return to Rolf anymore.
