The slb wish was nerfed to not more than one. Given the expensiveness/rarity of a wish, and that you can't wear them both at once, and--most importantly--the slb's were nerfed after this change was made--I think it should allow you to have back-up pair in case of item destruction and allow you to wish for TWO, like it does for potions of stat. Just not huge piles of them like it used to be.
