Change behavior when aborting a controlled teleport

Currently when you press z to abort a controlled teleport, it teleports you randomly. You almost never want this to happen. With teleportitis it becomes quite obnoxious since the teleportation prompt can come up at any time. If you aren't paying close attention and are in the middle of repeatedly casting spells or using wands, you can easily get an unintentional random teleport.

Aborting targeting should teleport the character in place instead. If you want a random teleport for some reason you could still easily get one by targeting a wall.

But what if you want random teleportation in a wilderness encounter? Granted, I can hardly think of a case where it's desired, but the option should be still available by principle.

If you want random teleportation in a wilderness encounter, then you would simply target an occupied square.

The feature request here is something I absolutely agree with, it makes NO sense that someone with TC aborting a teleport would jump uncontrolledly into danger instead of standing still.

You can also target an out of bounds square (the edges of the map where you can transition to the world map) to get a random teleport in wilderness encounters.
