Remove skills that are at 100 from training list
If you talk with Yergius while being a member of the thieves guild, he offers you a list of all skills he can teach you.

Since you never want to train skills that are already at 100, it would be better if only the skills that are not yet maxed were listed.

I would extend this further: When leveling up, remove the skills that can't be increased and maybe just add a button to show them if the player really wants to see.

It also might be nice to change the whole thing to look like the Skill Increase menu you see at the level ups.
