Just started playing with a hurthling chaos knight who got very light corruption (-6 strength). All CK hurthlings start with 18 strength - minimum not to be burdened with CK equipment.
However, when the starting corruption kicks in, the base stat is modified to 24 (so current stat stays 18). Potential stat however is not modified and stays at the lower level (18-20).
