w# compatible with Poisoned! and Sick!
The w# command should be modified so that the Poisoned! and Sick! statuses no longer interfere with its operation.

Instead of refusing to continuously travel (or wait, or search, I guess), while sick or poisoned, the w# commands should work and have a stop condition of HP loss (i.e. when you feel poison coursing through veins or when you are wracked by feverish fits--or both!).
