Summoners are a lot more experienced than they're supposed to be
In p21 most of the summoners are experienced or very experienced while other monsters are at most moderately experienced. There's possibly some bug in implementation of http://www.adom.de/forums/project.php?issueid=2108. It feels like the summoner is getting the levels that are supposed to go for the summons.
