Priest and paladin starting piety has been increased slightly, but they still are unable to use any class powers before finding an altar. The feature of them starting with increased piety would be better and more noticeable if they started with 1000 piety (the minimum to activate class powers). This way, they'd be able to use their class power at level 6 as long they didn't use a prayer or waste an inordinate amount of time.
