UI/UX: Find a better mouse cursor representation for the PLUS actions

In ADOM 2.3.5 we display a mouse cursor with a small plus sign and a tiny mouse with a highlighted right button when more reasonable actions than just the indicated default action are available. Test users didn't understand the meaning of the symbol and thought they needed to press the right mouse button to activate the default action.

I didn't expect them to be unclear, but I did find it very weird that the "mouse plus" appears more often than regular mouse cursors.

One way to handle this is to remove the "_plus" cursors entirely and just use regular ones, but add "right click for more options" or "right click to wait" (in case of the PC) on top of the hover tooltips.
