Greater telekinetic blast targeting

It is currently a bit unwieldy to target greater telekinetic blast. I suggest this is changed so the targeting works like missile targeting/improved fireball targeting does, while keeping everything else about this mindcraft power the same (hitting a monster behind another monster without hitting the monster in front, etc).
