Modern keys for navigation
Page Up/Dn and arrows to navigate menus
Arrow and home/end/page up/down keys should work in all menus. Currently:

- In long texts, arrows work but PageUp/Down do not.
- In Inventory, arrows work but PageUp/Down do not.
- In Spells and Skills lists, neither arrows nor PageUp/Down work.
- In the "useful actions" menu (to be released) neither arrows nor PageUp/Down work.
