Cave Tigers can teleport!
Cave Tigers cannot teleport.

I was checking to see if I had killed any cats, and I discovered that cave tigers can teleport according to monster memory.

I think this was from first discovering a cave tiger in a certain level with a lot of teleport traps (you know the one).

That's actually intentional. It mirrors your characters observations, not your knowledge. So your character probably saw a cave tiger popping up out of thin air and thus assumes that they can teleport.

Wow, that's really an impressive feature! Never though that PC's observation can be wrong from time to time.
It were cool if tigers were really able to teleprt in this version though :)

This is awesome. But: is it possible for wrong observations to be corrected at some point? For example, my char sees teleporting cat once and monster memory reflects this but the subsequent 10 cats do not teleport so the memory is updated.
