Thrown potion idiosyncrasies
There's a variety of quirky behavior associated with thrown potions.

Problem
There's some odd behavior with certain thrown potions.

* Thrown potions of cure poison don't cure monsters' poisoning.
* Thrown blessed potions of blindness don't cure monsters' blindness.
* Thrown potions of stun recovery don't cure monsters' stunning.
* Thrown potions of balance give the message "The -foo- seems to calm down.", but the -foo- doesn't calm down.
* Throwing a cursed PoGA at monsters makes them "grow stronger" and increases their HP by 1 (could be intentional).
* Thrown potions of raw mana work just like potions of invisibility, including B/U/C status (could be intentional).
* Successfully throwing a PoEX at "ignore walls" monsters who are inside a wall will give an error message about putting a monster in a blocked place, and then deleting it.

How to reproduce it
See above.

Notes
If thrown potions of stun recovery worked correctly when thrown, the item would have a marginally positive use, should the PC want to cure monsters' stunning for whatever reason :)
