Going into Game Settings under the Settings menu, I decided to mess with the display mode, and later discovered that the popups of stuff like Expert Settings and Network game wouldn't display. Setting it back to standard fixed this issue, but I thought I would take the moment to report this, as well as test various display/minimap settings to see which ones are affected. So far I have confirmed double mini-tiles causes it to happen. Will edit after further testing (Ingame as I write this)

Works with ASCII, Tiles display

Does not work with Mini-Tiles or Double Mini-Tiles

Minimap options don't seem to affect the popups
