Change the condition check order when picking up while overburdened
Not exactly a bug but I think it would make more sense if it said there is nothing to pick up (if that is the case) before saying "You are carrying too much."

I feel like it's on purpose because honestly I think in all situations I'd rather know I'm carrying too much. Idk though, just my thoughts.
