Casino guards barely attack
Hostile casino guards, big guard included, seem to attack once per 5 turns
- Rob casino
- Get into combat with Casino guards
- They attack once every 5 turns or so
- My speed was normal
- Their speed was normal
- The big guard (for you) even had a message that it would find to the death in a blind rage
- It was rather passive

The shopkeeper behaved normally, though.
